Last week we discussed the importance of performing an autopsy
on a dead business. No, I haven't been watching too many of
those beautifully graphic, TV forensic psychotherapy shows. The

competition was or understandably chose to ignore the competition
altogether.

Another error made by forty-seven percent of the deceased
businesses was that they relied upon just one or two customers for
the bulk of revenues. This is a common error made by many
business owners who devote every their spirit to one big client.
What they don't seem to comprehend is that if that one customer
goes away, for that reason does most of their revenue.
